About

Stephen has been an attorney for 35 years. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Xavier University and a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University. Stephen has served a deputy prosecuting attorney in three Indiana counties, with much of that work in the area of child support enforcement. He worked for several years in the main office of the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS), where he dealt with adoptions and guardianship. As an attorney in private practice, he has represented clients in divorce, paternity, adoption, guardianship and other areas of civil and criminal law. Stephen has two adult sons. When he’s not engaged in legal business, he enjoys bicycling, travel and following Reds baseball.
