About

Tia McClung joined the Law Offices of Eugene Mogilevsky, LLC in August of 2019. Tia is our office manager and Senior Immigration Paralegal. She draws on her diverse experiences in law firm operations, strategic planning and cross functional leadership to oversee business operations across the firm.

As an immigrant form Cyprus (Greek Island), she firsthand learned the intricacies of the immigration system. She is compassionate in helping immigrants and their families pursue immigration in the most efficient way possible. She has significant experience drafting nonimmigrant petitions such as Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) and is also well versed in immigrant petitions and applications such as Petition for Alien Relative, EAD, PERM and so on.

She is also responsible for managing a high volume of immigration cases in addition to training newly hired immigration paralegals and assistants. Tia also assists attorneys with onboarding new clients and contributes to process improvement at the firm.

Before joining our firm, Tia was at home mom for 14 years, was involved with the PTO and substitute teacher at HSE Schools. Tia graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 1998 with a degree in Marketing and Mathematics.

Tia now resides in Noblesville with her husband Jared and their daughter. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
