About

Kristina graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies and a Minor in English. Her background includes experience as a research editor for the Indiana University Field Journal and a Registered Behavior Technician at a children’s autism center, where she refined her skills in research and client care.

Driven by her career aspirations in the legal field, Kristina joined the Law Offices of Eugene Mogilevsky, LLC in 2022. Kristina is motivated to make a significant contribution to our legal team by using her background in research and client advocacy. She is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and capability across multiple legal domains, with a strong focus on Immigration Law and Marketing.

Currently, Kristina assists the law firm with immigration case work, including asylum research and preparation, bankruptcy case assistance, social media and general website page & blog updates.

Originally from Bulgaria, Kristina serves as the only Bulgarian-language interpreter at the office. Her understanding of diverse cultures and linguistic proficiency greatly improves our client service experience. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys writing, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
